bka worked with Barfoot and Thompson to develop an online application that could be used to record outgoing payments and deposits.
Payments are recorded and approved by the application, and then picked up by another process for electronic processing with the bank. This is now being used by staff and managers across all branches.

Working with BKA was a pleasure and they bought some innovative ideas and savvy technical solutions to the table. The project was a success and we were very happy with timelines and cost. The Accounts Payable system is being used by 63 Barfoot & Thompson offices and proved to be a big hit with its primary function of automating the bill paying process.
